At BDR Gymnastics, we’re all about creating a fun, positive and inspiring environment where children and young people can learn new skills, grow in confidence, make friends and, most importantly, love their time in the gym.
And none of that would be possible without our brilliant coaching team.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic and passionate coaches who love gymnastics, enjoy working with children and want to be part of a friendly and supportive team.
From celebrating a gymnast’s very first forward roll to watching them finally nail a skill they’ve been working towards, coaching at BDR is full of those little “YES, I DID IT!” moments — and we think they’re pretty special.

Join Our Young Leadership Programme
INSPIRING A NEW GENERATION OF SPORTS LEADERS!
If you are aged 13 years+ and are interested in developing as a young leader within the gymnastics environment and want to learn more about the sport, then the Leadership Academy is for you!
Benefits:

The programme is designed to be fun and to allow young people to learn new skills and meet new people.

Young leaders can learn to coach, judge and help run events.

Progress to full coaching and judging qualifications, and into paid work.

Encourages young leaders to identify their strengths and areas they enjoy and stay within the sport for longer.

Put their experience as a young leader on their CVs and towards their Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Range of training courses which the young leaders can attend towards their professional development.
