Our Recreational Gymnastics Programme is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to children of all ages and abilities.
We provide a fun, safe, action-packed and rewarding environment where every child is encouraged to learn new skills, build confidence and work towards achieving their individual goals.
Our aim is for every gymnast to enjoy their gymnastics journey, feel proud of their progress and develop a positive attitude towards learning and physical activity.
Our Squad Programme is an invitation-only class for boys and girls who demonstrate the ability, potential and commitment required for competitive gymnastics.
Squad gymnasts receive focused coaching to further develop their skills and have opportunities to represent BDR Gymnastics at club and regional competitions throughout the year.
Our coaches continuously assess gymnasts within the Recreational Programme and may invite children who show potential to trial for a place in the squad.
We also welcome applications from gymnasts interested in joining our Squad Programme. Please complete our booking form to arrange a trial for your child.
